About Aqualyx Fat Dissolving
Aqualyx is a non-surgical fat dissolving treatment designed to remove stubborn areas of fat that don’t respond to diet or exercise.
Using deoxycholic acid, a naturally occurring compound that helps break down dietary fat, Aqualyx gently dissolves fat cell membranes so the body can naturally flush them out.
This treatment is ideal for refining and sculpting specific areas of the face and neck, such as the chin, jawline and jowls, creating a more defined, contoured profile.
All treatments are performed in my licensed Hertford clinic with a focus on precision, safety and natural-looking results.

What to expect

We discuss your goals, assess the area to be treated and determine how many sessions are recommended.

Small, precise injections of Aqualyx are placed into the targeted fat pocket. The procedure is quick and designed to be as comfortable as possible.

You may notice swelling or tenderness for a few days, that is normal. You’ll receive aftercare guidance and support while your results develop.
Results & Longevity
Results become visible between 4–8 weeks after treatment as the body gradually breaks down and removes the dissolved fat cells.
Most clients see excellent improvement after one session, although multiple sessions may be required depending on the amount of fat in the area.
Once the fat cells are removed, results are permanent, provided weight remains stable. There is no scarring and no need for compression garments.
